Big Picture Planning
β Start by outlining your bigger vision
β Outline the goals that align with your vision. (Outcomes are the "how you'll get there")
β Create projects to help you reach your goals
β Give your goals a timeframe by assigning them to a quarter.
The big over-arching vision for the year.
Before you plan the year ahead, I highly recommend going through an exercise like this one, from Susannah Conway:
The goals and guidelines that support the greater vision, and provide structure for decision making and project creation.

Projects are well-defined series of tasks, goals, assets, and resources that support a desired outcome.
The signifiers that you have achieved a goal, or reached a key deliverable of a project.
